2010 award winner: Children’s dietary habits: monitoring child culture and intergenerational relationships.
After working as an assistant research engineer at the CNRS French national research centre (research programme “Children and fun food”) between 2007 and 2009, since September 2009 Louis Mathiot has been Temporary Research Assistant and Lecturer at the University of Strasbourg (IUT Information Communication).
In 2007 he started his sociology thesis (now in its fourth year): “Children’s dietary habits: monitoring child culture and intergenerational relationships”.
